DiagnosticBazaar is a platform operated by Aggarwal Diagnostics Lab. DiagnosticBazaar itself is not one of the diagnostic laboratories represented on the platform — tests and packages shown here are offered by independent third-party laboratories (currently including Healthians, Tata 1mg, and Max Lab). Aggarwal Diagnostics Lab does not own, operate, certify, or control these third-party laboratories.

DiagnosticBazaar is a discovery, comparison, and enquiry platform. It lets you search for diagnostic tests and health packages, compare prices and details across the labs listed on the platform, and submit an enquiry when you find something you're interested in. It does not itself perform diagnostic testing.

Test, package, and lab information (including descriptions, sample requirements, preparation instructions, and turnaround times) is provided for your convenience. Availability, prices, turnaround times, and other details may change, and we recommend confirming final details directly before proceeding with any test or package.

Prices displayed on DiagnosticBazaar are indicative and are not guaranteed to remain unchanged. The price applicable at the time you actually book or complete a test may differ from the price shown when you submitted your enquiry. We do not offer any price-matching guarantee.

Submitting an enquiry through DiagnosticBazaar shares your name, phone number, and city (and, if applicable, the test/package/lab you selected) with us so that we — or the relevant laboratory — can follow up with you. Submitting an enquiry does not itself constitute a confirmed booking, payment, purchase, or diagnostic service. We may contact you to clarify your requirements before anything is confirmed.

DiagnosticBazaar is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding which tests you need, and for the interpretation of any test results.

Where a test or package is fulfilled by a third-party laboratory or service provider, that provider is solely responsible for performing the test, sample collection, and reporting. DiagnosticBazaar does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of any third-party laboratory's services.

DiagnosticBazaar does not currently process payments. The website functions as an enquiry and discovery platform — submitting an enquiry does not create a payment transaction, and no payment is collected through DiagnosticBazaar at any step described on this website. As no payment is processed through the platform, DiagnosticBazaar does not currently operate a refund or cancellation system.

You agree to use DiagnosticBazaar only for lawful purposes, and to provide accurate contact information when submitting an enquiry so that we can reach you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, city, and any other details you submit through an enquiry. We rely on this information to contact you and cannot be responsible for a failure to reach you due to incorrect details.

The DiagnosticBazaar name, logo, and website content (excluding third-party lab/test data displayed for comparison purposes) belong to Aggarwal Diagnostics Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without permission.

You agree not to misuse the website — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to access data you're not authorized to view, or interfering with the website's normal operation.

We aim to keep DiagnosticBazaar available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and the website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, DiagnosticBazaar and Aggarwal Diagnostics Lab are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, or from the acts of third-party laboratories/service providers whose tests and packages are listed on the platform. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the DiagnosticBazaar service changes. The "Effective date" above reflects the date this version took effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
